The Paul "Woody" Forrester " Memorial Cup is a sporting competition between the College First teams and the Old Boys. The competition covers the following sports - Cricket, Volleyball, Swimming, Football, Cross Country, Chess, Basketball, Touch Football and Tennis.
Paul "Woody" Forrester Memorial Cup
The Woody Cup was first introduced in 2017 to help foster College and Old Boy interaction and to provide and extra "trial" for the respective Firsts teams as they prepare for their AIC Season. The team that wins the most events wins the Cup. Each year, we hope to include additional sports to expand the opportunities for Old Boys and students.
In 2024 AFL was added to the list of sports.

Football and Touch Challenge v Marist Ashgrove Old Boys
Every 2 years the Old Boys play Marist Ashgorve for the Old Boys' Shield. The Shield is contested over 2 sports, Football (Soccer) and Touch and is typically played during the Back to Runcorn Day. This event commenced way back in 1991 but some of the records remain hazy. Football was introduced in 2015. It is a great way to reconnect and enjoy the long sporting Association these two great Colleges have had since 1940.
