Young Alumni Awards

From 2024, St Laurence's College, in conjunction with the St Laurence's College Old Boys' Association, have expanded on the highly successful Hall of Fame to offer the Young Alumni Awards.

Open to all Old Boys 30 years and younger at time of nomination, the award recognises those in our community who have demonstrated excellence in leadership, innovation and/or service to the wider community, in either a professional or volunteer capacity. One Old Boy will be selected per year based on the following selection criteria:

  • Criteria 1: Evidence that their actions and achievements are inspirational to students and peers.
  • Criteria 2: Evidence of the impact of their action, leadership and innovation has had within the local, national and/or global community.
  • Criteria 3: Demonstrated the characteristics, values and actions which reflect St Laurence’s College’s Edmund Rice tradition and commitment to serving one another.

A full overview of the guidelines aligned with this program are available HERE.

The successful candidate will be acknowledged at the yearly Old Boys' Assembly, held in August plus through College social media, publications and on an honour board located at the school.

The College is excited to acknowledge the following Old Boys' who have received this prestigious award.
