For more than 110 years, St Laurence’s College has remained steadfast in its commitment to educating the whole person and forming young men of character. Our strength today is a direct reflection of the generosity and loyalty of our Lauries community—particularly our Old Boys—whose support has ensured the College continues to thrive while confidently looking to the future.

The 2026 Annual Appeal provides a meaningful opportunity for Old Boys and friends of the College to give back through a tax-deductible donation to one of two key charitable funds: the St Laurence’s Old Boys’ Foundation or the St Laurence’s College Building Fund. Each plays a vital role in sustaining and enriching the Lauries experience for current and future students.

St Laurence’s Old Boys’ Foundation

Gifts to the St Laurence’s Old Boys’ Foundation directly support boys who might otherwise be unable to access a Lauries education. Since its establishment in 1988, the Foundation has contributed more than $1 million to the College, assisting over 175 families on their sons’ educational journeys.

These scholarships and bursaries reflect the enduring spirit of generosity among Old Boys—helping to ensure that financial circumstances are never a barrier to a Lauries education.

St Laurence’s College Building Fund

Donations to the Building Fund support the ongoing development and maintenance of the College’s facilities, ensuring the learning and co-curricular environment continues to meet the needs of present and future generations.

In 2026, all funds raised through the Annual Appeal will be directed towards the construction and installation of additional grandstands at the Runcorn Sporting Fields, enhancing the experience for students, Old Boys, families and supporters at sporting events.
