COVID-19 Update

At times of adversity, the true Lauries spirit shines

UPDATED 28/04/2020

With students currently Learning@Home, the College has established the Lauries@Home hub. This series of web-pages provide a wealth of information for all members of the community on the Academic, Pastoral, Co-Curricular and Community based efforts undertaken by the College to engage with students. There are also a wide variety of videos available to students and parents outlining daily processes and helpful tips for Learning@Home.

In these unprecedented times, St Laurence's College and the Old Boys' Association are working with the community to provide regular updates and assistance where possible.

The College is currently planning for all scenarios in Term 2, including learning from home. Parents are receiving updates via email, with all information available on the College COVID-19 page.

The College Pastoral and Support teams are working to ensure students continue to engage in school spirit virtually including House challenges, work out routines and much more. All members of the community are welcome to take part with further information to be distributed via the College app and social media channels.

The Old Boys' Association has also jumped on board to support others by posting job opportunities through the closed Facebook group. All Old Boys' are welcome to join the group, accessible here.

For any Old Boys' who are experiencing hardship, please engage with SLOBACare and our professional partners. We are here to help.
